Philly Pretzel Factory was featured on the site, MyPhillyAlive in an article titled "Philly Pretzel Factory-From Their Warm Ovens to Your Mouth Fresh," that ran on their website on December 20, 2012.

The article details the evolution of the brand from its creation to the special features of each store.

The Philly Pretzel Factory corporate office is located in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, operating in the original building where their first store opened in May 1998.

They took a break from the job to talk about two years of early mornings, twisting pretzels and learning the ropes as bakers. The local Philly Pretzel Factory franchise will mark National Pretzel Day on Tuesday, April 26, by giving a free soft pretzel to anyone who walks in the door.

"You don't have to buy anything," Philly Pretzel Factory regional franchise manager Jesse Maurer said Friday. "People can just walk right in and get a free pretzel."
