Philly Pretzel Factory will give away free soft pretzels Tuesday

York, PA - Philly Pretzel Factory, 3143 Cape Horn Road, will give away free soft pretzels from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday to honor National Pretzel Day.
U.S. Rep. Robert S. Walker declared the unofficial holiday in 1983. It was later re-dedicated in 2003 by Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell.
